Bill has over ten years of legal experience in trademark and copyright law, estate planning, and entity formation. He enjoys helping form new companies and assisting new entrepreneurs with their legal needs including entity formation, licensing and contracting, and trademark and copyright.
He is an experienced first-chair litigator with an emphasis in complex litigation and real estate cases. He personally performs all aspects of civil litigation, including client and witness interviews, investigations, drafting of pleadings, depositions, discovery, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. His litigation experience has included contract disputes, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, misappropriation of trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, false advertising, cyber piracy, fraud, and embezzlement.
As a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Attorney Day developed a drive to succeed that he has carried over into his practice of Law. After serving five years in the United States Navy he attended law school at The CUA Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC where he focused his studies on trial practice and the development of his skills in the courtroom.
He is active in Montgomery County Maryland coaching youth soccer and volunteering for organizations that focus on veterans and their families.

With a foundation in international business law, Victoria has a track record of successfully advocating pro-business initiatives to policy-makers, influencers, and stakeholders and developing strategies to address global policy challenges regarding trade, transportation and the food industry.
A graduate of George Mason’s Scalia Law School, Victoria represented multi-national agribusiness interests before Congress and the Administration, examining legislative and regulatory growth opportunities and directing government policy management including the corporate political action committee. Victoria is proficient in French and Portuguese and licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.
